I started my recruitment career over 26 years ago and soon found a huge passion for recruiting within the media sector.This eventually led to me specialising within the TV broadcast and media industry.

I finally had the chance to combine my love of the creative industries, people and TV! I’m nuts about watching TV & Film, in fact probably too much, but with so much great content out there, it’s hard not to!

In 2002, I successfully launched a TV broadcast and media recruitment division where I became a first-tier preferred supplier to a huge variety of broadcasters and the go-to recruiter within my field. Then after 17 years, I finally decided it was time to take the plunge and launch my own recruitment agency TN Talent covering the London area.

I’ve had the privilege of working with some amazing people, who I’m proud to say I’ve collaborated with over many years.
